- IndiGo Air operates daily flights between Jaipur and Kolkata and Mumbai.
As the international flights to Rajasthan and also domestic flights are few, you can get to Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport from any international destination or domestic cities and board a domestic flight which goes directly to Jaipur Sanganer Airport as Delhi is much closer to Jaipur than any other cities with international airport. If you have plans to get to Jaipur from any place in the west or South India, then boarding domestic airlines from Mumbai would be a very good idea as Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is a major gateway to India.
Located at an elevation of about 1,263 ft, Sanganer Airport has two runways – 9,177 ft and 5,223 ft respectively, however, the airport has only one terminal serving both domestic and international airlines. The facilities for travels at the airport are quite a few comprising of a snack bar providing tea, coffee, soft drinks and other refreshments, trolleys, telephone security hold area, wheel chair, medical facilities in times of emergency and assistance given out to aged and physically challenged passengers.
